After facing several difficult chapters in my life, including some that completely changed my path, I found myself searching for a creative outlet. I needed something that would reignite my passion, challenge me, and allow me to build something of my own.

What started as curiosity from watching an Instagram reel about custom doormats quickly turned into an obsession. I’ve always been someone who enjoys creating things that stand out from the crowd, so I decided to give it a shot. The first few mats weren’t exactly masterpieces but every project taught me something new. Instead of giving up, I doubled down.

I ordered stacks of blank mats, spent countless hours learning the craft, and began experimenting with designs. A simple custom mat for a customer evolved into something much bigger: a way to turn everyday items into personal statements.

But Deez Mats isn’t just about creating products and it’s about creating a future. As a father, my son is one of the biggest reasons I keep pushing forward. His laughter, curiosity, and belief in me have fueled this journey more than he’ll ever know.
